We sell high-quality 925 sterling silver jewellery, suitable for everyday wear, including in the sea. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.
Please note: While our jewellery is deemed safe to wear in the sea, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration caused by water exposure.It is of your responsibility to care for your jewellery before and after water exposure

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@alulacollections.com. Please note that returns are not free, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty, you must provide clear images of the fault when contacting us. Additionally, customers must provide clear evidence of shipping and tracking once the return has been dispatched.
Please note: If an item is faulty, you must provide clear images to info@alulacollections.com. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of items.
8. Warranty and Care
Our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver and is safe to wear in the sea. However, proper care will help maintain its condition. We offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@alulacollections.com with clear images of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 working days with a resolution.
Please note: Our jewellery is handmade by skilled artisans, and natural imperfections are part of the design and intended aesthetic.
