Can I wear my jewellery every day?
Your Alula Luxe - Absolutely. Alula was made for everyday chaos and compliments. Our pieces are designed to move with you, from the office to the beach bar.
Some Bouji girls are built for everyday wear, others are a little more high-maintenance 😉 especially any with dyed beads. Those ones need to be cared for like wearable art, kept out of sun, perfume + long swims. Each piece is special in her own way. Any questions about specific pieces just get in touch.
Just treat them with love and they’ll last.
Can I wear it in the shower or sea?
Alula Luxe was born in the sea, crafted from sterling silver designed to live boldly through swims, showers and sunshine (just rinse in freshwater and dry after saltwater adventures).
Our Bouji Beads, however, have their own personalities. Some are tougher, while others- especially pieces with dyed beads or plated charms prefer a dry touch. Keep them dry, avoid direct sprays of perfume and suncream, and store them somewhere cool out of sunlight after wear. Think of them as wearable art: made to be adored and cared for. ✨
How do I clean my jewellery?
A soft polishing cloth and warm, soapy water are your best friends. Skip the harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners, Alula’s wild, not reckless.
Will it tarnish?
All sterling silver can tarnish over time, especially with exposure to air, sweat, and products. But with the right love and care, your Alula will age like fine wine.
Best way to remove tarnish is with a silver polishing cloth. Just get in touch if you need any help!

What are your pieces made from?
Our Alula Luxe pieces are made from solid 925 sterling silver no plating, no fakes, just the real deal. Sterling silver that will last for centuries to come
The Bouji Beads are a mix of things we hand-source. Natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, glass + dyed beads, sometimes paired with plated or silver charms. Each one’s designed to feel special, like a little wearable piece of art
Where is Alula Jewellery made?
Our Boujee Beads are made in-house by our founder and Jeweller, Ellea, and our Sterling Silver Jewellery is handmade by our amazing artisans in Jaipur, India. They are a family-led factory with over 260 years of experience. Employing Women and giving them training programs to allow them to support their families.
How do I store it?
Always store each one separately in an airtight pouch or box - it’s not just for show!
Air (especially the sulphur in it) can cause silver to tarnish and dyed beads to fade over time.
Keeping them sealed slows that reaction right down, meaning your silver stays bright and your colours stay bold ✨
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We do, but if you’re one of our untamed international Alula girls, duties and customs are on you, babe.
How long will my order take to ship?
It depends on what you’ve fallen in love with:
- Sterling Silver Pieces (In Stock)
These babes are ready to go. Dispatched within 48 hours, she’ll be in your hands before you know it.
- Boujee Beads
Handmade by Ellea herself (yes, really), these take a little extra love. Please allow up to 10 working days before shipping. Good things take time, and these are really good.
- Pre-Orders
These usually ship in 2–5 weeks, and we’ll always let you know the lead time clearly at checkout. Think of it as delayed gratification... but way more sparkly.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure the piece is in its original condition and packaging (yes, all the packaging, even though she is gorgeous).
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I make a return?

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’ve got you. If something’s arrived damaged or not quite perfect, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll sort a refund or replacement ASAP, no drama necessary.
Sizing Support
How do I know my ring size?
We recommend using a ring sizer or checking our Ring Sizing Guide.
If you're between sizes, size up for a comfier fit; your hands deserve breathing room.
Are your bangles adjustable?
Alula bangles are solid silver and natural have some movement. Whilst they have some give, they're not made to be stretched, but don't worry, it's why we have multiple sizes.
They're made to feel like a hug, not a squeeze. Check our sizing info before ordering to make sure she fits just right.

Payments, Klarna and Clearpay
Do you offer Klarna or Clearpay?
We do. You can split your purchase into 3 or 4 payments with Klarna or Clearpay at checkout. Because girl math says it’s basically free if it lasts forever, right?
